I agree that in a rebuild, I wouldn't look to shop Adams. If you do want to move both, I'd look at separate deals. You could get more.

Freeman doesn't seem the kind of player to acquire for a rebuild and Diggs has a hard time staying on the field for a full season. I'd keep what you have unless someone is willing to offer established young players. And I would focus on WRs first, maybe Adams or ARob.

Having 3 starting QBs is priceless in superflex. As much as I like Kittle and think Thompson has good year, it's Ryan here, whether you like him or not. He can be traded for more later if you see fit.
