Re: Dalvin Cook vs Austin Ekeler

At this point now I lean toward Ekeler because of Cook's shoulder problem. Cook has had issues with shoulder dislocations. Too many dislocations can tear the labrum, which happen late November in 2021. Since Cook did not have off-season surgery to repair the torn labrum, doctors are projecting more...

Re: Antonio Gibson Rocket Ship - Round 2

Also RE: the special teams/punt work, I would point out that the day he practiced with the special teams he also practiced with the 3s, the 2s, and the 1s and when they asked Rivera about it he just said something along the lines of "I want our backs to be learning everything" Yeah I know ...

Re: Official 2022 Training Camp Thread

Green Bay's offense is in trouble. Adams commanded so much attention, and also created so much reliability for Rodgers over the last 5 years. - Lazard is not that guy going against a team's top corner every game. - Cobb is washed. - Watkins is washed, but not as washed as Cobb. - Watson is an older...

Re: T. Higgins

What are people's thoughts on Higgins? Is this the new JuJu or is he for real? He's being posted as a top 18 in startup despite ranking WR28 and WR17 in his first two years. Yes his trajectory is pointing up, but is it already too high give that he'll never technically be the WR1 with Chase in town...

Re: Julio Jones

Wait until like week 3 after Godwin and Evans have missed some time (if they miss any, although it sounds like at least Godwin will miss a week or two) and then flip him for a 3rd to a guy who's won a couple weeks and thinks he's contending is what I'd do personally, he's worth a roster but also wor...

Re: Are You Starting Olave? What WR is he to YOU?

I think he's probably a WR3 on the year with room potential to move into a low-end WR2 depending on what Landry looks like and I have several 4WR and 3WR/2Flex leagues where I can definitely see myself starting him this season if I own him. The Saints offense has been kinda in turmoil the past coupl...

Re: 2022 Injury Thread

Seeing that they trimmed Zach Wilson's meniscus which honestly kinda worries me. It shortens the recovery time for the injury this year but can cause longevity issues. Most notably I remember back in 2016 AP opted to let his meniscus heal fully rather than trim it and come back sooner because he wan...

Re: 2022 Injury Thread

Mecole Hardman carted off this morning. Not seeing many details yet on severity. Wasn’t expecting him to be their WR1 or anything, but as basically the only holdover from last year (besides Kelce), I thought he’d have a decent role. Groin injury - no idea how serious but being carted off for that k...

Re: Dalvin Cook vs Austin Ekeler

I like Ekeler because I think there is potential to get similar production at a better price - this is the epitome of value. If Im buying I'd target Ekeler. If Im selling, I'd rather have Cook. Plus Cook cant stay healthy if his life depended on it. ¢¢ Well Cook staying healthy has more to do with ...

Re: Rhamondre Stevenson thread

James White announced his retirement. driving my Pierre Strong hype train into the station, he's the back I want to own in NE tbh, he's the one who's gonna end up getting the passing downs work and he's got homerun speed to take over early downs (maybe not goal line) work going forward in my opinion

Re: Kyler Murray or Jalen Hurts

Ok, I gotta know what peoples thoughts are here. Murray all day for me. Hurts has glaring issues still throwing the football, seems destined to be Mariota 2.0. What's your two cents? I think Kyler is maybe a little more polished. However, I think the price difference between the two is greater than...

Re: Cam Akers vs the rookies of 22

Rookie Akers without the Achilles tear? I think He'd probably be the top RB for me although you could probably make an argument of him vs. Breece. Akers now? I think I'd put him below Breece and Walker but I wouldn't lower him compared to any of the other RBs tbh, I think he's still got what it take...

Re: Kyler Murray or Jalen Hurts

Ok, I gotta know what peoples thoughts are here. There is not enough chatter around comparing these two. Assess value. Assess short term production. Assess situation long term. Assess talent. I'm probably higher on Hurts than most people on the site tbh but even so: Short-Term Production - I give t...

Re: Marlon Mack vs Dameon Pierce

Been trying to acquire Pierce anywhere I can tbh, by all accounts he's been showing great vision and burst all camp long. They may give Mack the vet nod over Pierce to start the year but I think it'll be at least somewhat of a split early on with Pierce taking over more touches within the first few ...
