I have a first round grade on seventeen players (fifth pick in the second round) If my leaguemates are smart, none of them last to me drafting in the third round. I was using it as a reference point though . . . those pick values are similar to those players . . . When I trade, I trade for value and talent, so if I wouldnt trade a future 1 for a Jason Witten, I am not trading a future 1 for an early to mid second round pick, even if my team is a LOCK champion...
