If Jennings is the number one receiver, I think Norv gives him a decent boost. If he's the number two, behind Patterson, I don't see much change. I lean towards thinking he'll be the number one guy, but it's tough to know for sure.

To me, the goal of the draft is to provide a fair opportunity to pick up players that were not previously available via the add/drop mechanism. Given that a CFL transplant was never previously available via add/drop, I would say they qualify as a rookie.

I think 5-9 TDs is within his reach. Santonio Holmes and Lance Moore have been able to manage those numbers and they're not particularly tall either. It's not great, but it's a lot better than two and it certainly makes high end WR2 attainable and WR1 attainable with a solid QB.
