To early to tell really and you would have to wait to see what team picks them. However I think that Engram will end up having the better career. It is easy to pick Howard because he is flashy but Engram is the better all around TE.

Every IDP league is a little different. I wouldn't expect IDP's to start being drafted until the 2nd round. If I were you I'd try to go offense with your first 4 picks.
