2020 for top end RBs, 2021 for top end WRs as I have Bateman & Moore ahead of any WR in this class. And Chase is close on their heels.

I just don't see how anyone can claim that Taylor is in the same tier as them as prospects, but ignore draft pedigree. If Taylor is an elite RB prospect, he will be drafted very high in the Top 10 as the rest of those prospects have. If he goes 25th or something, then he's not an elite RB prospect....
