The problem with this other leagues is that many of the managers came from ESPNs message boards, and don't really know dynasty or slow drafts.

And this isn't a standard setting 12 teamer. We got 16 teams, Superflex, start 3 RBs, 3 WRs, one WR/TE, deep benches...

And for this type of draft, it probably would make sense to use MFL regardless of whether the league would end up on ESPN or not. but I sorted threw it together last minute and didn't want to hassle everyone with signing up to ESPN and MFL... Two issues with a quicker clock. First, we are doing this on ESPN, so there's no actual timer. Just the time-stamp on the message board post. Also, we have managers spread across multiple time zones, including at least a couple in Europe, so we need an 8 hour window to ensure that no one sleeps thro...

There are certain things which can be banned/prohibited and certain things which cannot (race gender age religious beliefs etc). Sometime ago, some douchebag challenged Hooters hiring policy on such grounds and gave them a real headache. Think they settled knowing few would take the same route.
