Seems like a totally fair offer for both sides. Really depends on your personal preference. With your team, it does not make sense unless you move Ertz. Give 2019 1.4 and 2020 1st (should be early)
Get 2019 1.1 and 2020 2nd (should be late)

My team needs a lot of help, especially at RB.

All the rookie QBs went early.

Dont think it is that bad if a deal. If bell comes back to form, it will be a little off, but harry is suppose to be wr2 in NE with a throw first approach. And a 2020 1st is a crap shoot still.
