Yes and it's a no-brainer, but whatever. Just being bad and deserving a higher pick is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more prevalent than tanking.

Honestly, at 6 to 5, I'd REALLY like to know that it was 11 owners who voted, 1) so that it's not skewed at all, and more importantly 2) who yet hasn't voted so that we can ensure they do!
