I would regret the trade as well. You didn’t need Mahomes in a 1 QB, with having Rivers. I would’ve sold Kelce or Kittle for RB help, not for another TE in Engram. Plus giving up a 2020 1st makes it worse. Bad trades happen, just take some time and regroup.

Not sure which team your referring to, but I don’t see any horrible RB situation. I’d draft BPA, but if you like Singletary, take him. I don’t think you need someone to talk you out of taking him at 2.5.

First move I’d make is cut Dez Bryant, it’s a wasted roster spot. He’s done, just move on. I’d make trade for Jones based on your RB situation. But prior to it, I’d shop pick and see if there’s other options.

I would build around JuJu. You could explore the league just to give you an idea of what someone may offer, but it would have to be a overpay to trade him in my opinion. The present offer wouldn’t tempt me enough.
