Hold. Let him blow up this week and then revisit again and see if any contenders are willing to pony up a little more. I think he will be in the same light as Thielen tho.....productive offense and competent player that can't overcome the bias from his path to his current state.

I'd want Chubb, Guice and Godwin and would look to make a package that gets me all three. I am not a huge Bell fan anymore but I would still be trying to shoot high, especially if this owner thinks Bell is the piece that gets him the ship.

I would not hesitate to move a 2nd for a RB that could help you. I would even move both 1sts too if I am getting a young, productive player that can help me right now. I am not super inspired by this upcoming class so if I can turn a pick into a proven commodity I am looking to do that.
