Re: Week 10 discussion

Marquise Brown, AJ Brown, Cooper and Godwin are my WR's. Don't think I'll be getting a win this week.

Re: Henry Ruggs is Much More Than Speed

Unless the cops screwed up the evidence, it's unlikely he will be offered the opportunity to plead to a lesser charge. The system is set up to avoid trials, but that doesn't necessarily involve pleading to a lesser charge. What often happens is the accused pleads guilty as charged and gets a more le...

Re: Henry Ruggs is Much More Than Speed

Has any player ever missed 3 years then returned to be fantasy relevant? Because I don't see any chance in hell he plays again within the next 3 years. Even an early guilty plea can be a year long process. Then add jail time, which he will get unless he beats the charges, which is unlikely. I doubt ...

Re: Week 8 Discussion

That play from Wentz was actually better than taking the safety. Tough spot to be in, the pressure blew the screen up, and he was about to be sacked in the end zone. Pick 6 is actually better, because you get the ball back, whereas a safety you have to kick. Agreed, but he really needed to get rid ...

Re: Marquise Brown is the best value in the draft

So... Now that you have come to the conclusion that brown is better than Bateman at this point... Where would you peg him in terms of value? Someone just out him on the block and is asking for 2 firsts Seems like a solid deal for a 24 year old WR sitting at WR6 on the season I would easily pay 2 1s...

Re: Frustrating

My whole team is frustrating. Late last year I had Dalvin Cook, CEH, Akers, Darren Waller, Gronk, Michael Thomas, DJ Moore, Tyreek Hill, Will Fuller (with Watson throwing him the ball), a bunch of other good players, good depth and a bunch of IDP studs. Half those guys are hurt this year, others are...

Re: Week 7 Discussion

Wentz is really bad at football Stick a fork in em Is this a joke? The weather is ridiculously bad. He just hit Hines for a 75 yard TD right in the hands that was dropped. I am assuming it's a joke, because anybody making judgments in this weather ....come on, man. Was mostly joking. I do think he ...

Re: Week 7 Discussion

All my QB's are hurt or on a bye, so I traded for Tannehill thinking this could be a shootout. Didn't think Tannehill would have to compete with Henry for passing TD's though...

Re: Week 7 Discussion

Watching Teddy Two Gloves is tough. I know he adds stability but there is zero upside. I'll also give him a pass for being banged up tonight but if it doesn't pick up I'd be putting Lock in to see if they can get back in it.. I'm always amazed when NFL teams bring in these extremely mediocre journe...

Re: Gruden Resigning as Raiders HC

So yeah, I can't help with the comparisons and I guess I am trying to minimize Gruden's actions a little bit, although it's mostly just due to my feelings of words vs actions. I don't like the direction society is heading. While we don't need to tolerate hate speech, we do need to toughen up a litt...

Re: Gruden Resigning as Raiders HC

Ok let me put it this way.....Im a cancer survivor. I know and understand how challenging of an experience that was for me. But it serves no one to compare my challenging experience to someone elses challenging experience - lets say, a sexual assault survivor, or car accident survivor. Comparing Gr...

Re: Gruden Resigning as Raiders HC

Billy Buck Have you ever had someone tell you something with a "but" in between? For example: "Yea I dont condone racism/homophobic/sexist remarks, but..." anything after that but, as realistic and true as it may be, lends itself to comparison. Nobody here is talking about Desea...

Re: Gruden Resigning as Raiders HC

Have only read the last page so unsure of all the comments made. With that said, Billy Bronco raises some good points. We're so focused on words these days, yet actions seem to go mostly unpunished. We also seem to have this weird obsession with trying to erase the past. There have been thousands of...
