Just to reiterate 1 more time.... I would NEVER boot someone because of the way they run their team. Do whatever the hell you want. I'm just curious what it would take to replace him because he constantly threatens to not come back and the other 11 teams aren't going anywhere, so a dispersal is out ...

Ive seen some leagues that have a hard time give a 1.13 and 2.13 pick to the guy taking over a crappy team.
