why would rookies be available in the devy draft?
It's hard to say how he will develop over 2 years but I'd think Ross would have the most devy value.
How many teams in the league? If Jimmy goes down I'd think you can get a Dalton or Rivers for pretty cheap.

Lawrence is class of 21 and I'd say he has the higher ceiling based on tools and frame. He was the best FR I can remember so I'd think he will be up there with Baker, Luck, Stafford, Cam, Bradford as the best prospects in the last 10-15 years. Some other big names for '20 - Fromm, Eason, Patterson, ...
