I could see Parker being dealt to a team missing on the FA WR rush, like SF or Baltimore, just like how Buffalo dealt Watkins to a team willing to test him out before his contract was up.

Another reason this makes sense- Baltimore likes to sign guys who've been cut, because they aren't considered when calculating compensation picks.
