No. I would hold and fight for the playoffs. If GB is out, maybe Love starts and dramatically increases your chances. If I was to trade Chase, that is not the package I am looking for.

Anything can happen in the playoffs...so the 6th can win it easily. So, to trade the best asset away for a push...I don't like it. I see your point and wouldnt fault you for doing it. If it was me, I am staying put with Walker.

I can see someone wanting to get out of Evans. Goedert and a 1st isnt the best ( I would have wanted more ), but I have seen much worse trades go down. It all depends on each owners wants and concerns.

As a Hopkins owner, I dont care if I am completing or not, a late second isnt much. I would hold for more, so you should take that deal if going for the ship.

Adams just went for a 23 1st and 24 1st in my league. They should be late picks. So I think your offer is fair. It comes down to the opinion of what Burks is worth from the adams owner.
