The decision is take an early 2023 1st now, or hold, enjoy his 2022 production, and risk Henry's value completely evaporating without warning (see Gurley, Bell, David Johnson). I'd take the pick regardless of roster build.

It's probably easier listing the RBs you cannot get with the SF 1.03. JT, Javonte, Harris, Swift, CMC are off limits. (Though there could be some CMC owners who want out after 2 lost seasons.) Everyone after that is in play.

This would be tough to pass up. Best case, he performs close to 2020 MT and you sell in season to a contender for a late 2023 1st. You haven't really gained much by taking the risk and waiting.
