Re: Josh Huff - anything to see?
I can't see how Huff has higher "upside" than Matthews. Weren't we reading last month that Chip wanted to pick Matthews in the first round? It's offseason team speak. It's pretty obvious to anyone that's watched football that Matthews has the higher upside. If he didn't he wouldn't have w...

Re: Gore in Philly...
When? Gore doesn't miss time, like ever.Devo49 wrote:Everything the Eagles do is pointing to Mariota. I see Gore getting the bulk of carries with Sproles in the sane role he had last year. Polk will be subbed in. Could do GL work like last year, but definitely will get some run WHEN Gore misses time.

Re: Josh Huff - anything to see?
Exactly, being able to block is huge for his scheme, which is why Cooper is even still on the roster.ManuManu wrote:FWIW, Chip has said that he knows his WRs can't all be 6-5, but that he wants them to have weight to them. Huff is built like a running back in that regard.

Re: Randall Cobb
As a Cobb owner, I'm obviously happy he stayed. I thought he was gone, and I think he made a dumb move by staying. $2M is a lot of money to leave on the table. Everyone keeps saying he'll just cash in on the next deal, what if there is no next deal? He could get be injured at any moment, and we know...

Re: Josh Huff - anything to see?
Before I try to acquire him, I just remember Kelly saying last summer he just wants big WRs (6'2"+) and Huff is only 5'11". So I think he might be confined to the slot, at least in Kelly's conceptualized playbook. Kelly prefer's his slot WR to be 6'2+, so Huff would be on the outside if a...

Re: Randall Cobb
I think I said it here before, but all 3 of them have had experience in the slot, and I'd imagine they'd rotate the 3 of them to keep the D guessing.

Re: Brock Osweiler
In Superflex leagues I'd hold, as starting QB's are worth something even if they're bad. Outside of that, unless you also hold Peyton (and even then maybe not) I don't see the need unless your QB spot is dire.

Re: Randall Cobb
Tell me what every great slot WR has in common? An elite QB. They will be fine without Cobb.

Re: Post Combine - now what?
Shhhh, Cooper sucks, he doesn't try and you should all draft White, DGB, Parker and Strong before him.

Re: Mark Ingram to Eagles?
On a related note, does anyone sense a bit of Belichick like bravado in Kelly? Belichick thought he didn't need Seymour, Milloy, or Law because he was an defensive mastermind. Kelly doesn't think he needs DJax, McCoy, and likely Foles because he's an offensive genius? I said the same thing earlier ...

Re: What scouting sites do you trust?
Go read some of the articles on rotoviz about RB and WR "marketshare". Writers like Jonathan Bales publish fantasy football analytics articles all season long. He also attributes lots of work done by other sources which help you gain other perspectives. Advanced football analytics has EPA...

Re: What scouting sites do you trust?
It's actually been shown that the most analytic-driven teams in pro-sports (not just football) tend to have the best teams. Interesting to say the least.

Re: I have the 1:10 and 1:12
I don't think that DGB will be there at 1.10. If I were you I'd try to package the 1.10 and 1.12 and try to move up to the top 6 part of the draft and try to get either DGB, White, or Parker... Or you can trade Charles and one of your picks to get an upgrade at the WR position. Maybe Hopkins?... Na...

Re: Looking for links
My computer crashed a couple of weeks ago which forced me to transfer files from a back-up drive. Unfortunately for me, some of my webpage bookmarks were lost. I've been able to locate nearly all of the lost links, but am still missing one of my "go to" sites. I'm hoping you guys can help...

Re: Laquon Treadwell
I would also like to add Ezekial Elliot. So where would you take Treadwell and Elliot in a 16-team rookie/devy draft? If rookies are involved too, Treadwell somewhere at 1.05-1.07 I would guess, after Gordon/Gurley/Cooper/Parker and potentially White. With RB's he SHOULD go later, I wouldn't grab h...
