I don't get "1250th overall." No draft is that deep.

Funchess is worth a bit more than Ertz. If you're getting 2.2 (14th overall) on top of Ertz I think that's more than enough to compensate, and would take the pick. If the pick is a garbage pick I might try for a better TE like ASJ.

For the team in the sig I would do the deal to get Winston. You have depth. You need longterm QB.

I would probably try the Wilson owner first though.

Would take 1.4 easily. Too many "heads not in it" games from DGB last year. That's the biggest red flag for me. Still have hope for him but would view him as a bigger risk than the a 1st round WR you can get with the pick.

Last year I changed a team name to "Where's Wallace at?!" and used Mike Wallace as the avatar. A couple days later someone changed their name to "D'Angelo Shut Your Mouth." Would have been even better if he had DeAngelo Williams on his roster.

As soon as Ingram went on IR, I added Hightower everywhere I had space (about 70% of my leagues). One I didn't was an undefeated team because I thought I didn't need him. Of course faced him in the finals and that swing was enough to make the difference. Always make space for a staring RB.
