In the startup, took Graham in 2nd, Gronk in 3rd (after injury). Last offseason traded Harvin, Garcon, Joique Bell, and 2015 2nd for DT then this season traded Le'Veon Bell for Dez.

I would consider TR more of a 2013 startup bust than a 2012 rookie draft bust. If you took TR in the first half of the first round of a start up in 2013 it hurt you way worse than taking him 1.1 in a rookie draft the previous year.
