He was awful last year and Jaguars are moving to a run first offense and have Bortles. meanwhile the Titans have the opposite in Bortles with an actual top of line quarterback. Any suspension would be in 2018 with timing of everything. He is good to go this year.

Moncrief being bust is the norm lol. He is still overhyped over guys like Snead and Pryor that I would easily take over him. Finally this will be last year his name is mentioned again in fantasy football. He is like Treadwell. Way overvalued in fantasy.

Robby Anderson is just as likely to be the number one and is basically free. Anderson was just as solid in less work than Enunwa. Both Chad Johnson and Brandon Marshall see big things in Anderson. Anderson is the Jets receiver to own IMO.

Davis is a top 15 dynasty receiver. By year three he should be in top 10 with his situation. Mariota is a stud quarterback that is vastly underrated. I have gone back and forth on Davis, but think he has to slot right in at 2 behind Fournett in all formats.

Robby Anderson 1000 yards and 7 touchdowns

Both are solid late into second or early third round rookie picks in a 1 qb league. Both I would rather have over guys like Bortles, Tannehill, and Taylor.

Both are same age with cooks being even younger by a few months. I would just keep Cooks and enjoy huge year he is about to have with Tom Brady and a cupcake schedule.

I personally like Cooks more in dynasty. Thomas won't have the coverage he drew last year because of Cooks.

Jordan Matthews I prefer over Moncrief. Matthews will be on inside more which he will benefit from. He is a mismatch from the slot. I expect a big year from Matthews in his contact year. Moncrief does not seem to have it.

Yeah may not even be a big story with Decker already living in Nashville. Probably right on Davis. He will be down field target. Just like Mccafrey, Titans didn't take him top 10 to not use him.
