I'd agree that offer is pretty fair. Perception on two is variable. Prior to his most recent injury, I was pretty high on Perriman-not as much now with his "string" of injuries. At this time I'd take Dixon

Higbee has gotten some pretty good hype, not that preseason stats mean too much, but he has 2nd leading receiver- he's worth a stash imo
