If I’m the Hurts owner, and I see you have multiple 1sts this year, and only one of the first you offer is a 2024 one, I’m declining. Honestly, I’m probably declining unless I either get the 1.01 in the deal, or two of those earlier (non 1.01) 1sts in 2024.

I feel like the value is on the Pierce side but I also feel like his value is dropping quick. I also think that Davis has been producing well.

Any thoughts?

Yeah, as exciting as AR has been (WHEN he has been on the field), value is easily still on the JJ side by multiple 1sts.
