He has stepped up and become a team leader so the Titans better pay him to show thay take care of there own. He has been healthy and shown that he is the Titans offense. Restructerd contract will be done fairly quik in my opinion.

Get R Done Romo is going to put up huge #'s this year and I'm not sold on Cassel at all. Rice and Dmac are close I'd say a wash. I had good offers last week for him and I could'nt pull the trigger and now his value has dropped so much I'm going to have to hold onto him and hope for a 2-4 game suspension or no suspension at all. I could really use him on my bye weeks but DAMMIT he just so Fricken stupid.

I hold him one year and give Ingram a chance to get his feet wet then I deal him. He may lose value if he gets hurt again but then again he can gain value if he stays healthy.

Romo is a nice upgrade but I can't see trading to get Roddy. Most guys are looking to deal him now and get what they can before his stock starts to drop like Turners. I'd keep the young guys and shoot for the title for the next 5 years instead of going for it all this year.

I would list the players that you consider elite and if you come up with four players I would say that four is were you should target. If you have three on your list then target three and so on. This gives you 1 elite player and gets you picking sooner in the second.

Lynch has had plenty of time on the gridiron and has shown flashes of skill but mostely has been a huge failure. Harvin will be the better value in the long run. He's explosive and willing to make the tuff catches. Plus if I had my choice I'd rather play against Lynch then Harvin.
