If this was PPR, I'd say your 1.5 would get it done.
Non-PPR I think the RBs (Williams, Thomas, LeShore) might carry more value & you're better off keeping them & making the pick.

Re: Kenny Britt buy low Value?
hahahaha that's going pretty low. I'd say a buy low value right now would be manningham or mike thomas.

Re: Before and after - better or worse?
This league gives .5ppr to RBs & 1 point PPR to WRs. That makes receivers very attractive in the flex spot. And 3 of us are pretty much hording the bulk of top 25 ranked WRS. Me: Fitz, Dez, Tampa Mike, Maclin Outrage: Calvin, Wallace, VJax, Julio Another team: Austin, DJax, Steve Johnson, Crabtr...

Re: Before and after - better or worse?
The Megatron deal shocks the hades out of me - Care to share your trade secrets? Haha. Well, it wasn't my 2012 1st round pick. So perhaps he thinks that team isn't very good and expects it to be a high-mid pick. We went back on forth on negotiating, but I told him that was the best I could do. Sent...

Re: Josh Johnson
If you're in a 2QB league or superflex league, he's must own.
In a normal league, I think that he's a late round flyer after you've trimmed your roster & added veterans/FAs.
If kapernick struggles, I see him coming to the niners.

Once I wrap up my RB2 spot (hopefully in a day or 2) I look forward to locking horns with ya!

Re: Jason Hill in the 3rd round of Rookie/FA draft?
Ok, this draft was skewed because of the superflex position (you can start 2QBs if you want). You can also start 5 WRs (so they got scooped quickly). That being said, here's my draft & where I got Jason Hill (draft finished this past Friday): 1.04 Johnson, Chris TEN RB 2.09 Austin, Miles DAL WR ...

Re: 1.07 for Mike Williams (Sea)
Yah know, in a startup I recently sat there & weighed the pros & cons of Decker & Simpson, and I convinced myself that besides the whiteboy thing, that Decker has some pretty good potential. I took him over Simpson. And if you have that many rookie picks, then sure, why not. There's only...

Re: 1.07 for Mike Williams (Sea)
hahaah well said, I love the common sense answers such as this!!!!! If I was in the dark here without a flashlight, I would look at startup drafts, and see where Leshore, Thomas, Little, and possibly Baldwin are going. Then I would compare that to where Mike Williams & Lynch are going. Then pres...

Re: Welker for Gresham?
In a non-PPR league, I would latch onto the thought process. It could be a good one for you. But I'd work on a counter or else getting a veteran WR somewhere else to fill in while your youngsters rise up. I wouldn't accept as-is, but you're almost there. You've got 1 of the worst TE stables I've eve...

Re: On the clock soon - Need advice
Man, I would grab Austin or Dez & then try to trade up for Bowe or Maclin. Snatch up as many of the top 12WRs as you can. RBs change in value much more, and for QBs, you can always take Gabbert & then Garrard much later. Or Cam, or any other young rising QB, and offset him with an older QB w...

Re: On the clock soon - Need advice
An experienced dynasty vet pulled a Romo/Stafford combo at the 3.12/4.1 wrap, taking him ahead of Brady, Bradford, Freeman, Big Ben, Flacco, Schaub, Eli. Pretty Ballsy move IMO, but I can pretty much guarantee that this league will have someone who would do the same. That doesn't mean anyone should...

Re: On the clock soon - Need advice
Honestly I pass on Eli, especially in a start up and go with one of these players: RB: Ingram, Mathews, JStew, Blount WR: Austin, Bowe, Maclin, Dez, AJ Green, Jones Then on the swing around take Stafford One thing I will say to this though is that Stafford could easily go before the swing. Check ou...
