My main keeper team had me starting Foster, McCoy, RG3, Nicks and Bowe, between the 5 of them I got 8 TDs!
Back in week 1 I had the guts/no better options to start RG3 and Spiller in another league, paid HUGE dividends

Re: Worst team you own?
give it a year or two and the 2nd team I listed would be horrendous, there are so many older guys starting and basically no depth on that team.joeday wrote:wow...my team looks horrendous compared to your worst teams guys! haha

Re: Worst team you own?
Toss up... by record, my worst team last year was my sig salary team, that team had a 6-7 record, last in the division but tied for 6th best/4th worst record (coincedentally with the 2nd playoff team from the other division). Bad luck had hit that team hard, 2nd highest scoring team, consecutive 1 p...

Re: Ryan Mallett: Is there a pulse?
Jimmy Graham was actually my TE3 his rookie year. He wasn't worth starting at any point in the season. I highly doubt that. If Mallett continues to improve he likely won't be Brady's primary backup for any more than 2 years. Riddle me this...why won't NE sign Welker to a long term deal? He's certai...

Jimmy Graham was actually my TE3 his rookie year. We heard you the first five times you threw out that catchphrase. The Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot way, Patriot ...

Re: Ryan Mallett: Is there a pulse?
Penciling him in 2 years in advance as the replacement for Tom Brady, who is maybe the greatest QB of all time, is a little premature. It could happen, yes. But people need to assign the likely hood of it happening with a realistic percentage. It's the Patriot way. An interesting stat... Mallett wa...

Re: Ryan Mallett: Is there a pulse?
Only way Mallet gets on the field before Brady's contract is out is if injury strikes With injuries Mallett is only 1 play away from leading one of the top offenses in the league now. Here's Brady's contract: 9/9/2010: Signed a five-year, $78.5 million contract. The deal contains $48.5 million guar...

Re: Ryan Mallett: Is there a pulse?
2012 or 2013 may be Brady's last year as a Patriot. I wasn't sure I even read this correctly. So because they cut Jabar Gaffney and Donte Stallworth that should bring us to the conclusion that this year might be the last year in NE for Tom Brady? After he just had 1 of the best seasons ever for a Q...

I don't remember too many hyping Murray, as soon previously said the Jstew hype train with Williams leaving for FA, oh we were all dissapointed

Re: Daryl Richardson...the other Richardson
You guys are using the word "eh" all wrong!!!
Anyways I think Pead still has the #2 RB position but I tried to stash Richardson in most leagues I'm in, unfortuneately I can't justify keeping him in most, like henry said earlier deep league stash

Re: Aaron Hernandez
Extension is worth 5 years, 40 million with roughly 16m guarenteed. Works out to be 7 years, 41.1m total!! If I'm not mistaken, the extension is tacked on to after the rookie deal is done. Think Welker can resign if his price is reasonable

Re: Clay Matthews whats his deal
I don't think teams keying on Matthews had any effect on Bishop. 3-4 OLBs are always going to be inconsistent for you because they depend on sacks for most of their points and Matthews isn't any different.

Aaron Hernandez
The Patriots and Hernandez have agreed to a long term extension through the 2018 season, Patriots have now locked up both of their game changing TEs through 2018 and 2019. I'm estatic about this, but makes me wonder about Welker....
