Winston is currently the #5 QB and I would be absolutely stunned if he's not starting next year.

I know many here will disagree with me on this one but I'm fine with that - but these are my ranks for QBs in fantasy football.

I would take 1.04 & 1.08 - there isn't as much separation in talent levels as there is most year in my opinion (aka this class is very deep) and getting the 8th overall pick to move down 2 spots is great.
