It's early, but rookie ADP suggests that the guy at 1.08 may be equal to the guy at 1.12 in any given owner's eyes.

Most people think that tier 1 ends at 1.04 and tier 2 starts at 1.05.
At this point and time I would much rather have the 9 and 10.
There are going to be some RB's still there and two shots are almost always better than one.

In this draft I think the player you get at 1.11 will be close enough in value to the 1.08, that 3rd tier of players is pretty large as of now, so give me a couple extra dart throws in a deep draft especially in a rebuild. I would do that. Jeffrey has the talent, but I fear his motivation.....and of course his injury proneness.

I'd take either one of those guys over Shepard, and I like Shepard too. KB is probably the safer play, while Parker is more of a high risk/reward gamble. Depends a lot on where they'd slot into your depth chart, whether you see yourself contending or rebuilding and just your own personal feeling ab...

Those two guys are immediate impact RB's.....much more impact than Howard.
