Fitz showed father time wrong and had another good year numbers wise, but to keep him in hopes he does the same next year (and miss keeping a keeper to keep for multiple years as next will probably be Fitz's last) isn't worth the risk

Diggs is by far better. I would be hesitant at all to trade him even for a first. He's still young a developing and is already showing WR1 numbers in ppr leagues, with him only going up.
