Considering the young upside TEs on your team already, I wouldn’t rule out taking a WR with your next pick instead. You don’t have much after your Top 3.

With Cousins in 1QB league, I don’t see the need to take a QB this early to ride the pine.

For rebuild Team 1 in sig, I’ve been offered 2018 Pick 3.03 and 3.04 for my ASJ. I didn’t turn it down but I offered ASJ for his 2019 RD 2 pick (likely mid) as another option to consider. Which offer would you prefer to move ASJ, if any?

Looking at the options at 2.07, I can’t see wanting anyone in that range over CJA. Of course, I own him on Team 1 so I still am counting on him to come through.
