Re: Peterson

I have the #1 pick in our draft this year. I will be taking Peterson. A trade of the pick is being discussed however. The trade would be: 1.01 for 1.03 and L. Maroney. Even though I love Peterson(big Sooner fan),I might have to take that trade. Are you sure it's Maroney and not Morency? Morency isn...

I am surprised at how close the voting is on this. Hmm. I'm expecting Lynch to be there at #3 for me based on team needs in the upcoming rookie draft. I'm glad to see the high value being placed on him at this time. That's awesome. In a 16 team league, having 5 good RBs is a great luxury.

Peterson every day of the week and twice on Sunday! I can't wait for games to start again. :D Anyway, prior to the NFL draft most people had Peterson ranked as their #1. Now the situation is Lynch in Buffalo and Peterson in MN. Now, everyone here probably knows that I am a huge Viking fan but I'm no...

I like Walker after this next year. He'll be ok this year but much better after that in my opinion.

I also would hold onto Barber.

He's 19 and just a junior in HS? A lot of RBs who have some talent, that should be in college, will run through pathetic high school tackling too. I really enjoyed the run where he broke like 15 tackles though. Yes, I think everyone on the field had a shot at him and a few guys had more than one sho...

Aaron Rogers?

Ok, so the last 14 years (at least it feels that way) we've been hearing about Brett Favre's retirement. Aaron Rogers was drafted to take over the reigns when that day came. Do you guys think that Rogers has what it takes to make it as a quality starter in this league? It's usually beneficial to hav...

Because those RBs are available in free agency and as you stated, QBs are a premium, I'd probably lean toward Russel. However, I'm not a fan of drafting QBs in rookie drafts. They take so long to develope. If other QB contracts are going to be up as well so that you could fill that position fairly e...

Like stated above, in larger leagues with multiple flex positions, PPR becomes an important way to squeeze some stat points out of the FA market. I love PPR. It inhances all the positions except QB. Sure, some of the power runner RBs are a little devalued in a PPR league but its just a matter of tas...
