I agree. If you still have $110 or so left, I'd look to get another top shelf WR if you can, say the $40-$50 range. BUT don't overpay too much just to get one. I'd not spend much of anything on QB or TE, maybe a bit of something on RB but look for under the radar/cheap but high upside guys.

Any contract league I'm in if a player officially retires you can apply to have the rest of their contract nullified with only the current year cap hit applying if you drop them. Otherwise you just need to suck it up if a guy goes to prison or just quits. I wouldn't want to play any other way.
