Hardesty would definitely be on my drop list before either of your TEs. I didn't think he counted against your roster size because of the IR designation. If you are a big Hardesty fan, you would be able to pick him back up at a later pick than a TE of equal value to the 1 you drop.

I will assume that B. Jackson has already been cut also. I would also drop Winslow first.
