I think your QBs are fine
that said, I like AJB and your RBs seems to be pretty solid.. so it isn't a terrible offer

I think you need a lot more than Ingram/tate. as you mentioned, your QB is not good.. I find that trading (and trading for) QBs in a 1QB league is difficult.. and you are giving up many of your 2020 picks in that trade.. your TE situation isn't any better, and they are even more difficult.. gotta sp...
