In this crappy draft class for offensive skill players, I don't think the two are mutually exclusive.

You'd be better served just drafting rookie picks as part of the main draft to make it fair IMO.

In other words, instead of drafting a player with the 2.08, you could draft the 1.01 rookie pick.
