Sorry everyone.... I misunderstood. Yes the startup is a snake draft. Subsequent season's rookie drafts would not be.

Not a snake not an auction. Will determine draft order by an online lottery tool. All will have one roll. The highest gets the first overall pick. That team would have the 1 of each round through out the draft.
