Re: Drew Lock value

I guess my point is, he's a dice roll. People aren't willing to pay up for a 2nd round pick who played OK year 1. I wasn't particularly impressed myself, so I understand the hesitancy. Yea, you're definitely not alone there. Lock's value is going to vary wildly from person to person because he's a ...

Re: Drew Lock value

I have him in several SF leagues and I get like 3-4 offers a week for him but no one is willing to pay a fair price. I think the best offer was 1.11 for him. Bleh. I think he's worth more than that easily. Everyone’s trying to buy low before the blow up, but are hesitant to really commit. If Herber...

Re: 2020 BAD Trade Offers

For Team 1 I offered MG to the Lindsay owner for his 1.08. Response: “That’s too valuable of a pick for Lindsays handcuff. 1.08 will cost Chubb.” Mind you this is the same guy who wanted MT for Phillip Rivers last year. Another owner wanted MT Adams or Nuk for 1.05. Sigh. lol, I wonder if people th...

Re: Marquise Brown is the best value in the draft

I guess it is easy to think Lamar's passing is weak compared to his running but the reality is Only Lamar and Big Ben (2007) have had 2 games with perfect passer ratings in the same season in NFL history. The leader in the history of the league is Manning and Big Ben with 4 total game with a perfec...

I don't like to rely on new dynasty owners to continue making rookie mistakes, but it's an understandable strategy

Re: Marquise Brown is the best value in the draft

Ill never get some of the overthinking done of these pages. Watch games. Lamar looked great at both passing and running, but he wasnt as good of a passer, he will work on that and get better because its what he does. When Brown flashed it was more like a nuclear flash for a rookie, thats all we ask...

Re: Byran edwards

This is a rookie only draft year two. Its 12 team superflex ppr and TE premium. Sorry should have posted that. I made the trade. Flipping a 4th and a 5th for a 2nd was too good to pass up for me Yeah that info would have been very important. Would have kept Edwards quite easily. He should have been...

Re: Marquise Brown is the best value in the draft

Brown went as a late first last year. A year late Hamler is going in the 30's due to size and situation concerns (he's 12 lbs. bigger than Brown). Gimme the guy with similar draft capital and profile who costs next to nothing. It's still surprising to me that players are getting discounted because ...

Re: Deebo...time to sell?

And what does that mean? I saw this a lot with people telling me that OJ Howard was going to overcome Arians complete lack of use of the TE slot last year. If Shanahan puts Aiyuk in as the x receiver, who does he put in as the z receiver? He could shift Deebo over to the slot I guess and maybe Hurd...

Re: Deebo...time to sell?

shannahan LOVES Deebo. So does Wes Welker the WR coach. THey always rave about him and call him a "dog". So do the defensive players and veterans. Hes hard nosed. He would always use Deebo as an example for Dante PEttis and how he needs to carry himself. I think Deebo gets more love than anyone. De...

Re: 2020 vs 2021 Class

I assume Etienne was dinged for the same reason that Taylor fell to the 2nd round: lack of confidence in their receiving ability -- which has become more of a focal point for top tier RB prospects in recent years. Also agree that Rondale Moore is going to cause some Marquise Brown level polarization...

Re: Deebo...time to sell?

Not sure it matters how infatuated he was with Deebo before he had al lost 1,000 scrimmage yards as a rookie. Worth noting that Deebo was a 23 year old rookie; so while I'm not going to say that he won't get better, it's certainly possible he closer to his ceiling than the typical rookie receiver.
