Re: 1QB league: L. Jackson vs Stafford+

I voted the Jackson side. Interesting trade proposal. Both of these players could be relevant for a long time. Depends on how one feels about Jackson and his style of play + health long term. Probably too fun to watch to trade though.

Re: Ab

To the OP, does your league allow conditional trades? A few years ago someone in my league traded Gordon for a pick with the condition that if he ever has another 1,000 yard receiving season, another pick would be sent the following draft. That might be a decent way to clear up a roster space and fe...

Re: Antonio Brown

This reminds of when LeSean McCoy was accused of hiring a guy to beat up his ex gf and steal back his jewelry...nothing ever came of that. Not saying Antonio Brown is a good person, but I'd be buying if I'm a contender in need of WR help...seems like you can get Brown for a 1st right now, maybe les...

Re: Rudolph or Bridgewater?

Assuming you're not first in line in waiver wire priority or whatever, are you able to put in bids for both in some sort of waterfall fashion? I.E. on CBS I'd be able to put in a bid for Rudolph and another bid for Bridgewater just in case.

Re: Gardner Minshew

Three different people in my league bid $100 (I.E. 100%) of their FAAB on him. At that point the Commish did a random drawing type thing to see who gets him. Our league is fairly deep (16 x 24) so this is not uncommon for a contributor after Week 1. Shouldn't it be awarded to the owner lowest in th...

Re: Should I move Hock for this?

It's pretty good value. I'd consider if someone made me that offer for Hock. (Note: I can't see anyone in my league making this sort of offer. Folks love their draft picks in my league). That said, I wouldn't fault you for holding either. In my case, it's been a LONG time since I've had any major pr...

Re: Riley Ridley pick up?

Over the past few weeks some rookies have been dropped, such as; Diontae Johnson and Kelvin Harmon (I snagged both). Now Riley Ridley has been dropped. Is he worth stashing or should he stay one the waiver wire? Johnson was a nice pickup. I'm holding Riley Ridley myself but also keeping an eye on J...

Re: Who should I make my practice squad player?

Interesting. So...you've had your 2019 draft already? All 4 of those guys were first round picks in my 16 team league. Any would be a solid stash on your Practice Squad. Don't understand all the fine points here...do you lose some of the benefit if you actually start the Practice Squad guy in any gi...

Re: Rodney Anderson

Here's what I said about Rodney Anderson after watching his film Jan-April: Rodney Anderson - Plays with wreckless abandon. Always gets hurt. ( Source ) Some guys don't know how to take a hit and fall to the ground. It's a skill. Percy Harvin didn't have that skill, for example. More and more coach...

Re: Devine Ozigbo rumored to have made the Saints Roster

I drafted him in the 4th this year. Saints fan called me and wanted him. So I got a 2020 3rd and 5th for him. Will I regret it? I was concerned that generally, UDFAs are longer shots.

Re: Boykin vs Hurd

Yeah...um...Butler was pretty high on the list this year. I didn't mean to present it as the end all / be all. Just a data point. Just learned today about the Mizelle.net data site. That would be another data point. FWIW, looks like Boykin is WR63 on that site (includes all WRs, not just rookies) an...

Re: Where are players going in your draft?

I am curious where these guys are going in real drafts. Post league size and ppr, .5, non. Feel free to post who you want to see 16 team, 16 keeper league (full PPR) went down as follows: Damien Williams - He was a keeper. Tony Pollard - 2.05 (#21 overall). Curtis Samuel - He was a keeper. Tyler Lo...

Nice. Thanks for providing this. I can't access it at work (blocked) but I'm looking at it on my phone. Good data points.
