Chubb is easily a RB1 for me. Even with Hunt there he has shown he can produce. I would need more than the 1.01 to move him in non SF leagues. In SF, right now, I would rather have him than the 1.02. It's close though.

Honestly, I think you'd be very fortunate to get 1.09 for both of these guys in SF and TE premium. Both could be starters next year, but neither is a guarantee. JuJu is an intriguing piece this offseason. Being a FA he could find a solid landing spot and value could peak again. Then again, he could also resign in Pitt, and be mediocre again. Decent buy low guy, but I would roll with McLaurin here. Too much to give for an unknown for me.

I would side with Gibson and the 1.09 here.

Gibson>=1.04, and
1.09>2.10.

I would be on board with the Dobbins and a mid 1st for Dalvin deal. Dobbins was really starting to take over there at the end and show what he can become.
