Re: 2019 Week 7

Anyone have an updated FPPT for Damien Williams halfway through the fantasy season?

Hope you sold high.

Re: What does your league do to help out the weaker teams

Nothing. If a team owner is going to bail when it comes time for a rebuild, then they don’t belong in dynasty anyway. Educate or replace weak owners, but nobody should be given any advantages or special rules regardless of how good or bad their team is. This^ There's always going to be a couple of ...

I can't get on board with the nickname Hendy. It's awful.

Re: Malcolm Brown's Role

Since things have been quiet lately with him I was thinking of sending out an offer to cover my bases as a Gurley owner. A fourth get it done? Probably not, I'm hesitant to send a second which was his asking price after week 1. The time to scoop him up cheap was during the Henderson hype fest. A se...

Re: What are you guys doing with Diggs?

Harmon broke down how effective Diggs has been against both man and zone this year. If the Vikings aren't going to use him, why not trade him? Because Mike Zimmer is a moron. Diggs is one of the Top 2-3 route runners in the league and he has 1 less target than someone named Bisi Johnson in this gam...

Re: My first big-boy startup is nigh - tank the first year??

You are overthinking this. I like to set an upper limit on player ages for the core of my team, and then sprinkle in vets as depth further down. Don't set hard rules on yourself or you'll end up forcing yourself into a bad draft position. If you draft a team with RB's like that, you will not be con...

Re: New Gurley Usage

This was part of his initial quote: "At no point in time did his trade value reflect that he would be the overall QB3/QB4 for the past 6 years." To me, he's talking about Brady when he was in his early 30s if we're going back 6 years. So if we're saying 6 years ago people were sleeping on Brady bec...

Re: New Gurley Usage

Sure, but McVays job is secure no matter what happens this year barring some massive scandal. Sometimes it's just not your year and they could shift their priorities to next year. Outside of the Hoodie, no HC job is secure. Sure he has the most job security, but still doesn't change the fact that t...

Re: New Gurley Usage

It'll be interesting to watch Gurley's usage if the Rams continue to fall down the standings. It's easy to scale back on of your best weapons when you're winning. McVay's position is dependant on the W-L column at the end of the day. There isn't a coach in the league who would chose the long term h...

Re: Benching JuJu

Adams was in the league for four years before he even put up his first 1000 yard season, I'm not sure he was ever even considered an elite WR2. Michael Thomas took over and out-targeted Cooks from the get-go. The Falcons did not trade the farm to move up and grab Julio @ #4 to be a WR2 on their tea...

Re: What are you guys doing with Diggs?

Like the talent, but his cost always seems > than the production. Well, he was a WR1 in PPR last year. Not sure why someone would give him up for a bargain considering that and how elite his route running and separation skills are There's a buy window now, but with the trade rumors you might be har...

Re: WR buy lows

I'm pretty concerned about Mike Williams. A guy that was pegged with Godwin as a 3rd year breakout with a reasonable uptick in Target share. Other owners might be nervous. I would've moved Mike Williams this offseason, when people were disrespecting Keenan Allen and thought Big Mike had a chance to...

Re: any Subaru owners?

Outbacks are generally very good vehicles but I would not be willing to pay that much for an Outback with so many miles. I don’t think I could stomach anything more than several thousand $ for almost any vehicle flirting with an odo of 200K - other than a mid-late model diesel truck Late, but agree...
