Re: Funniest dynasty team name?

It Ertz When Eifert It's been months since reading this for the first time ... it still cracks me up. Ertz owner in one of my leagues cracked me up with his team name: My Ball Zack Ertz Wonder if I'm in that league with you? Or just a common sense of humour between two different people. I li...

My buddy's team name is "My Ball Zach Ertz". I like that one.

Re: NCAAF Observation Thread

Treadwell's hype is bigger than his production, thus far. I stand by my statement that he is not going to be on the same level as a guy like Cooper, or Watkins coming into the NFL. If he is the best this years class has to offer, then I think this will be a weaker draft class compared to the last fe...

I'd take that. The 2017 RB class looks to be very good.

How about you guys post your own, instead of trying to tear up the OP's picks for 2 pages?

Re: When do we start worrying about Alshon?

I still don't understand the bottom-line Jeffery pessimism some people have. It just isn't logical. He's had two straight top 10 seasons in a less favorable fantasy situation than he has this year in terms of target-share, and now people are predicting he'll do worse in 2015? Barring a major injury...

Re: When do we start worrying about Alshon?

I'd be more concerned about the fact that he has absolutely nobody on the other side. His injury will heal, but with no White (who despite being a rookie, is still a handful speed and size wise) who was supposed to replace Marshall, Alshon is going to get a lot more attention this year compared to a...

We had a nice little thread going here, and then you had to go too far!

Re: christine michael to cowboys

^ Yep. Just because he couldn't develop into Lynches 'replacement' as a full time 3 down back in a sometimes read option system doesn't mean he can't be a successful 2 down runner with potentially less on his plate, a more traditional offense and better O line. He couldn't even develop into Lynch's...

Re: T-West rumors? (traded to Titans)

Perhaps, or West was a cancer. Remember he got into shouting matches with Ben Tate last year. It could be 6 of one, half a dozen of the other. You know, Terrence's twitter is subtly narcissistic. He really likes posting photos and artist depictions of himself. He also seems very convinced that god ...

Re: christine michael to cowboys

This is funny. How often is a RB stuck behind * Robert Turbin * and then is traded to a team with weak RBs and the best line in the NFL? To dismiss Michael as having no chance is stubborn and not being realistic. ftfy Turbin was listed as second on the depth chart because he has been a better pass ...

Pronounced, without the "E" at the end. But, I think you might be joking around, tough to tell.

Re: christine michael to cowboys

So, thebeast, are you saying Michael shouldn't be rostered at all? You know, guys, Michael's situation/opportunity is a matter of fact improvement from what it was a week ago in just about every rational way. He's gone from being stuck behind Marshawn Lynch, to being behind Joe Randle and DMC With ...

Re: christine michael to cowboys

If Michael does not show well is pass protection is practice, with Romo and his back, I can't see him getting out there all that much. This is going to be interesting. I have always thought he was a talented, yet very inconsistent player, and if he is ever going to make it, it's now. I cashed out. M...

Re: christine michael to cowboys

Christian had some issues in Seattle, what those issues were and the specifics are debatable, but I like the player here in Big D. Hes the 1 cut downhill thumper that has been missing from this backfield for some time now, think about the last time Dallas had a 225 hammer behind this caliber of OL....
