Re: Todd Gurley is the new 1.1 in dynasty.

You can't take the most volatile position in fantasy at 1.01. Maybe you're getting Adrian Peterson at the start of his career, or maybe you're just getting another really good back that will see his career flame out after three or four years. Or, maybe he's everything people hope for and better, and...

Re: Christine Michael

The fact that McFadden picked up 30 carries in a game where Randle was hurt and Michael was active and "expected to be more involved" is all that really needs to be said about what they think of Michael. If they actually like him at all, they have done a tremendous job hiding it.

Re: Ameer Abdullah

Abdullah needs to show he can hang on to the ball consistently before more carries are a real option. They also need to slowly work him into pass protection. So far, their strategy has been to make him run routes every time he is on the field and they are passing. That's a bit too predictable and ma...

Re: Devonta Freeman...

He never looked this good last season, the LOS burst is new and so is his ability to cut at full speed in the second level. Shanny is helping, but Freeman is continuing to show things he didn't last year. The line is showing things more than anything, honestly. I suspect Coleman would be doing pret...

Re: Week 6 discussion

Crazy that before the season Atlanta's run blocking looked so bad. But they've just been creating massive holes for their backs this season. I would feel great if I owned either Coleman or Freeman, particularly Coleman because that's going to play right into his game. Situation is everything for all...

Re: Tyler Eifert. Dynasty TE 2?

I would still probably rather have Kelce. Especially now with Charles out. But Dalton looking good and continuing to do so helps Eifert a lot, even in a crowded group of offensive weapons. My gut says it's still Kelce, though. The only thing he is really lacking is the volume. He should be able to p...

Re: Abdullah Haters: Sell me on why he's not great

Theo Riddick: 5.0 YPC (only 2 carries) Ameer Abdullah: 3.3 YPC Zach Zenner: 3.3 YPC Joique Bell: 1.1 YPC The problem with the Lions offense is A. Stafford playing poorly, B. Too predictable, and C. The o-line is blocking very poorly. There's nothing to really say about that. Either people watch game...

Re: Is Hopkins now Elite?

I think everyone agrees that Hopkins is ultra-talented, great hands, etc. I was concerned with the Texans QB situation and also that he might not get the volume to be a top 5 WR because of Foster getting a huge workload and the Texans would have a great defense and kind of play a field position, gr...

Re: Predictive Metrical Analytics for Running Backs [v2.0]

Nice work. Tier 4 looks like it may poke a few holes in the system. Glad you're high on Langford I have him stashed in an important league haha. That's what crossed my mind as well. But, success is often very situation oriented for all but the very top tier. It's not hard to imagine guys vaulting u...

Re: Is Hopkins now Elite?

Yes. His targets don't need to be sustainable for him to still be producing "elite" numbers. Nothing wrong with 70-100 yards and a TD here and there. Not everything needs to be 150 yard monsters. A few big games along with relative consistency is usually key for an elite season. Great coll...

Re: Hopkins - buy high

Name me another receiver that has gotten 22 targets in a game this season.. And better yet, turned it into 9 receptions. It first started with Hopkins being compared to Calvin, now he is being compared to Julio.. lol.. wow. Julio got 20 in wk 3. Close enough for ya? And 12 receptions. Less targets,...

I don't know if he has better hands than OBJ or not, but he definitely has stronger hands to bring it down. I don't think it's all that incomparable.

Re: Hopkins - buy high

Yeah, I don't want to hear anything about Hopkins only putting up numbers in garbage time. He's a freak of nature. Sometimes he makes some bonehead mistakes, but his talent and skill are undeniable. I would not be afraid to buy high at this point. Yea right, look at all these 1st half garbage time ...
