Re: What to do with the 1.03?

Take a RB and trade mid season for Harry + when he underwhelms.

Re: JuJu or Mixon?

In standard league, and RB's are much more valuable than WR's. I can find WR as there are 3 per NFL team. RB that are 3 down backs, hmmm how many of those are there...answer: NOT THAT MANY!!! I go Mixon if you are competing for a ship. If rebuilding I go with JuJu and work on getting RB via draft. ...

Re: Could this team be contender within one draft ?

5 firsts in a loaded draft class is enough to make anyones team a potential success. I think you'll be in an ideal scenario to mix it up by making some picks and trading some of those picks for high upside players already contributing in more solid situations then rolling the dice of all rookie pic...

M. Gordon help

Hey guys, Been going back and forth on what to do with Melvin Gordon. I have the RB depth to hold him until he returns, however I would consider myself a top 3 team in the league and want to push for title this year. Been offered Guice and Corey Davis for Gordon but any trade where I take on an addi...

I don't play in leagues with trade vetoes. Unless these are good friends in real life, I'd leave the league.
and if they are good friends in real life, leave the league and shag their girlfriends.

Re: Rookie Draft 1.01

Harry has mixed reviews coming out of camp. Also being with the patriots draft stock means nothing. He fell to me at 1.06 in my draft after I took Monty @ 1.03. I think taking Jacobs is the play at 1.01 simply because I think he will have the most immediate return (which would subsequently allow you...

Re: lopsided trade?

End of the day, I prefer leagues where this blatantly bad of a trade doesn’t happen, and less lopsided but still bad trades are left alone, and not vetoed. What where is that line? And who decides? That is my issue: ever single owner in a league is biased. No one is completely objective in voting f...

Re: lopsided trade?

Coming to this community with a potential veto will get you the same response regardless of the trade. Unless there is clear collusion never veto a trade. Period.

Re: vetoable trade or no?

My job as the commissioner isnt to grade peoples trades as fair or unfair. Its to maintain the integrity of the league. With this in mind I have yet to veto a single trade in 10+ years. Unless proven collusion your job is to hit accept and move on. Also with only 8 teams in the league there should b...

Re: In a rebuild: Montgomery or Melvin?

Ill go the opposite direction here. Hes likely competing and looking for someone that can play in the event Gordon dosnt. You can afford to hold him. Monty and a 2nd I would do in a heartbeat. The hope for Monty is for him to be as productive as Gordon already is. Hold him and sell him big when he i...
