Do you really want to wait 3-4 years to get any return on a top-20 WR with top-10 potential? I would only make this deal if you know you can quickly flip a couple of those picks for another solid RB! The other owner is trying to capitalize on the broken foot and buy low, VERY low!

I would look for a stash-and-develop guy and go after Jenkins or Childs. My preference would be Jenkins over Childs but you could toss a coin.

The $ are for FA/RFA bidding, no salary cap per se. Limits are contract years and money in the bank, which carries over from year to year. So financial condition plays into trades quite frequently.
