I would build around Love. You won't get the value you need. If you get any interest at all for any of your other players, sell them.

I agree about the depth need. Perhaps you could get Kendre and a pick? Have him send the offer, or start with the 2.05 + Miller, or even a future pick.

With those starting requirements, and ppr, I'd prefer to hang onto Samuel. I would need probably a pick or 2 tossed in.

If thinking bye week fill, you can do that in in-season waivers. BPA, that's always the default way to draft.

Since it's only a keep 8, and you have solid young wr options already, I'd lean qb here with the superflex.

Because of the bigger risk on your side, I'd hope for a better pick upgrade. But I'm sure Rice will be fine after sitting out a few games, as long as they don't stick him in prison for too long.

I think this is a pretty fair offer.
You do have a deep rb bench. I'd be willing to toss one in just to get it done, if you prefer Stroud to Allen.
But if he still walks away, you still have a stud qb and a solid te that might come in handy in another trade.
