In a 24 team, single copy, 2 TE league, Bowers is the most automatic picks imaginable at pick 4 if he's available. 1.10 can be QB or WR (or Brooks, but in a rebuild doubt he's BPA). If you can afford to stash him, he’s definitely a buy. If your roster doesn’t give you the opportunity to have alot of depth, I’d probably try and move on, but not for less than a mid 2nd or earlier
