I would try to trade a TE like you are already doing.
I would not trade either RB unless you get a stud WR back as part of the package (or a '24 pick that will net you one that you view as a stud). I would not want to do it for depth (R White & Addison example).

I prefer Tank and that's with the assumption that Collins is the 1 or at least the 1A. The chemistry with Stroud is what seals it for me. It fits your team needs and it looks like you will be adding at least one top rookie WR but yeah, on dynasty value, you should get more. But I would understand if your trade partner may not be willing to give much on top.
