Re: Bijan Robinson THE THREAD

The problem with that offer is really only the Achane + 1 part is attractive when dealing away a premium asset (and Achane comes with a lot more risk than Bijan). Jeudy and Sanders are meh. If it was Achane + 1 + 2 + [someone else very good] then you may get someone's attention. Personally I'd only ...

Re: Jonathan Taylor is your 1.01 now.

Man, the people arguing strenuously on the side of the league/owners is some tough reading. Comparing being an NFL player to any normal day job is ridiculous and if you can't see the very shitty situation that running backs are stuck in then I don't really know what to say.

Re: Achane>Gibbs

Love the draft capital argument when a guy was clearly over drafted. They were going to take Gibbs over Bijan? To use him like this? L O L It's possible I may fade any Detroit RB draft picks for a while. When was the last one that worked out? Gibbs, Swift, Johnson, Abdullah, Leshoure, Best... it's ...

Re: What is a fair offer for London?

Any combination of the things you mentioned is a good move for you.

That said, I wouldn't automatically pass on Pitts because you're "set at TE" unless you're sitting on like Kelce, Andrews, and LaPorta.

As we know three's a crowd. He's a solid, startable TE who could provide difference making production if AJB or Devonta miss time.

Re: Jaxon Smith-Njigba: the thread

FWIW, JSN is averaging 4.2 yards of separation (per target) right now, which ranks 5th among all WRs. Not my favorite stat, but typically players going that high per target aren't having issues getting open. That stat is beyond useless… might even have a negative correlation to fantasy points ...

This feels like take two of the anti-Terrace Marshall argument except with a much better player.

Re: Jaxon Smith-Njigba: the thread

Agreed - he seems to be OK involved considering he is a rookie and have DK + Lockett soaking up targets too. Anybody know what his snap % is looking like in game 3? Can see it is 59 and 56 respectively for the first 2 games, and with 5 and 6 targets. Around 45 percent against Carolina Him and bobo ...

Ha, I actually searched for this thread this morning with the intention of asking when '23 is coming but I saw it started in Week 4. I don't want to see JSN or QJ right now anyway.

Re: What are people doing with Justin Fields, buying or selling?

I think it depends on your appetite for risk. Just about everyone is out on Fields at this point so you're probably not getting great value, but if you think he's heading to zero then get what you can. You could also try waiting for one or two big fantasy performances with his legs and selling then....

Could also try to get Ford for a mid-late 2.

All signs point to Hunt being done.

I hope the London doubters enjoy their time in the Arthur Smith induced sun. Eventually you will see how very wrong you are about his talent.

Re: The Eagles Running Back Room

It is true that the Eagles line was dominant. It is also true that Swift had some juice to him last night and made some good runs. He definitely earned himself some extra touches last night, but if healthy Gainwell is still going to be in the mix. I think the clearest takeaway through two weeks is t...

I thought I'd find this thread bumped to the top. I have a feeling we haven't seen the last twist in the tale of this backfield, but today is D'Andre Swift victory lap day
