I don't think Williams is the slam dunk pick some have made him out to be. I liked what I saw of him but I think he's a landing spot dependent guy. Unless he lands in am ideal situation with good draft capital, I'd rather spend a premium pick on someone like Bateman or Waddle.

I actually just scooped Armstead in my league. I think he will battle with Hyde in camp for that backup role.

I would exhaust every other possible option to get a fill in before doing a trade like this. In 2 years Jones could be out of a job and Watson could be looking at 8-10 years of production.

I think Watson is still likely to play again at some point, but also likely to miss time through suspension or holdout. I guess the question is whether Ryan is good enough to fill the time when Watson is out, because Ibhave no need for Drake and can sell him to the Jacobs owner for Ryan in this deal.
