I have a question. Your bylaws says this: Teams take turns naming a player to bid on. Team with the highest bid will be awarded the player

However, it says also that you select your pick position via Kentucky Derby. Is that a regular snake draft or an auction league?

Do we need to pay 2021 for that team? The old owner appear to have traded their 1st,2nd, and 3rd picks for this season. Didn't he pay for that?
